You don't really see too many headscissors in MMA, but Sheila Bird shows that the power of women's thighs and legs is immense. While males have an upper body strength advantage at times, the lower body strength of women is just unbelievable.

Petra completely and totally dominates Luzia in this wrestling/grappling match and utterly humiliates here. The thing about Petra is that she is so strong and talented, plus has an incredibly weight advantage on her opponent. That advantage allows here to sit on her opponents and pin them into either submission or a 10 count. It's very sexy how at certain points of the match she is just chilling and fixing her hair. She is so confident she is going to win because she has the skill and size advantage. Her bodyscissors are also devastating. Luzia is an incredible wrestler but Petra makes her look like she's an amateur. Incredible performance.
