1:21 into this fight is the most telling non-verbal communication. The girl on top knows she is complete control and completely dominating the other girl buy sitting on her and pinning her down. So she decides to get cocky and flip her hair and scratch her face. Basically saying, "I just owned you, I'm totally calm and relaxed because I just beat you ass and can sit on you and you can't do anything about it."

The White girl's friends are urging her to turn around and the girl on top says, "She going nowhere." Then she schoolgirl pins her by holding her wrists down, sits on her, looks her in the eyes and says, "What?" Basically meaning "What are you going to do now?" The answer is "nothing". She's basically saying I got you and I just owned you. And then proceeds to land punches on her face, then pins down one arm, holds the other arm, and pounds down with her free arm.
